When you join, you get instant access to our Plug + Play template collections, monthly updates, and exclusive bonuses. You can download and customize templates anytime.

❓ Do I need special software to use the templates?
Nope! All templates are designed for easy customization in Canva (free and pro versions work!). No graphic design experience needed!

❓ How often are new templates added?
We update the library regularly with fresh templates, trend reports, and seasonal/holiday-themed content to keep your branding fresh.

❓ Can I request custom templates?
At this time, we do not offer custom design services. However, we’re always open to feedback! If there’s a template type you’d love to see, let us know!

The Vista Vault is a subscription-based service. You’ll be billed $40/month on the same day you originally signed up.

❓ Can I cancel my membership?
Yes! You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

❓ Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds. Memberships can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be given for unused time.

❓ I’m having trouble accessing my templates. What should I do?
First, try clearing your browser cache or logging into Canva from a different device. If the issue persists, email us at hello@vistadesignstudios.com, and we’ll be happy to help!

❓ Do you offer one-on-one support?

Vista Design Studios does not offer direct one-on-one support, but our team provides clear guides, FAQs, and email support for members to ensure you have everything you need! Check out the Member Resources section for more details.

❓ Can I use these templates for my clients?

Yes! You can use Vista Vault templates to create content for your business or clients. However, you cannot resell, redistribute, or claim the templates as your own.
